Health Coach and Wellness Coach titles are used in so many different nutritional circles and are seen in many magazines, TV ads and internet articles. However, many times when I tell someone I am a Health Coach they are not familiar with what a Health Coach does to help people. In simple terms, a Health Coach fills the gap between what you need to do to change your overall health and how to make the sustainable changes. I support and guide you to your desired goal.
As your health coach, I work with you to assess your daily habits and determine obstacles that may be impacting your long term health. I won’t tell you what to do, rather I work side by side with you and make recommendations on ways to change your lifestyle and habits.
